Indie clothing

Props/Location

Props- For my video I require little props due to the style of my video and the simplistic nature of the indie genre. However, I will require a camera and a tripod to film my video. This is because indie music videos are stereo typically cheap to make/film, using little props. However I may require an acoustic guitar to film some scenes of the video to portray a live performance, which is also another stereotypical element of an indie music video.

Location- I will be filming my video in Galmpton and surrounding areas. I think Galmpton is the perfect location to film my video as it is a quiet village with many fields, streams and country walks which will enable me to film a video that will look adventurous.

Week 7- This week I researched my target audience for the indie music genre. This is to help me to engage with my target audience and make sure that my music video reflects the music genre. I also produced a questionnaire using survey monkey to find out what people liked and expected in a music video. This will help me to ensure that my video appeals to my target audience and reflects the music genre.
